Hurricane Fran twists signs on an Interstate off-ramp. In the actual video you can see an additional sign to the left that absolutely gets floored during the highest gust. (The Quicktime resolution is too low to show this). In the Comparison JPG, the left frame shows the sign facing us at its permanent position, the second frame (less than one second later) shows the sign completely flipped around (if you look closely, you can read "STOP").
